IT recruiter Redrock Consulting has seen a 30% increase in fee income for the first half of the year.  

The firm reports that gross fee income for six months from January to June 2010 was £1.430m, up from £1.010m in the six months from July to December 2009.

Executive search firm Horton International has appointed Liam McDowell as a consultant.
